Sunday’s morning Yoga will be a mindful Hatha Flow, designed to give you the time to find your way, your rhythm. We will move from the breath, with the breath, with each other into a lovely slow-moving real-time collaboration.
Take a few moments to understand. Togetherness of body and soul.

Deepika Sharma belongs to the Himalayan region of North India. The strength of Deepika’s yoga classes lies in bringing inner peace, releasing tensions and activating your own self-regulating, healing energy.

Deepika has followed 200 hour teacher training course in Hatha yoga. Join her lessons to experience Indian touch in western yoga.
